About the Company
Jay Jalaram Technologies Limited (Kore Mobile) specializes in retailing multiple well-known smartphone brands including Apple, Samsung, and Oppo, alongside related accessories and consumer electronics products.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inventory and stock efficiently to support ongoing operations.
- Prepare billing, invoicing, and generate E-Way Bills as required.
- Coordinate logistics and dispatch activities to ensure timely delivery.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- Operate ERP systems and Microsoft Excel for data recording and analysis.
- Create MIS reports and maintain thorough documentation.
- Oversee proper storage practices, ensure safety protocols, and comply with warehouse regulations.
Candidate Profile & Requirements
- Experience working with large-scale inventory management.
- Familiarity with GST documentation and E-Way Bill procedures.
- Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
- Able to perform well in a dynamic and fast-moving warehouse environment.
