Job Summary

We are seeking proactive telecallers to contact potential clients regarding personal loan products, educating them about features and advantages, and guiding them through the application process efficiently while maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Present information about personal loan options and their benefits clearly.
• Identify customer needs to recommend appropriate loan products.
• Consistently follow up with interested individuals until loan applications are finalized.
• Keep customer data up-to-date in the CRM system.
• Meet daily and monthly sales objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate seamless loan approval processes.
