About ADR Controls And Systems

Role Responsibilities

Deliver prompt technical support to customers through telephone, email, and live chat channels.
Keep detailed and precise documentation of all customer communications and issue resolutions.
Work closely with the IT department to manage system updates and carry out preventative maintenance.
