About ADR Controls And Systems

Role Responsibilities
- Deliver prompt technical support to customers through telephone, email, and live chat channels.
- Keep detailed and precise documentation of all customer communications and issue resolutions.
- Work closely with the IT department to manage system updates and carry out preventative maintenance.
