About the Role

Join Technocube as a Technical Sales Executive, where you will enjoy a competitive salary complemented by performance-based bonuses. Key Responsibilities

Respond to inbound customer inquiries originating from the US and Canada.
Provide troubleshooting support for basic computer and antivirus software issues.
Promote and sell Norton and Malwarebytes software products, including license renewals.
Consistently meet monthly sales goals while maintaining detailed and accurate customer records.
