About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries originating from the US and Canada.
- Provide troubleshooting support for basic computer and antivirus software issues.
- Promote and sell Norton and Malwarebytes software products, including license renewals.
- Consistently meet monthly sales goals while maintaining detailed and accurate customer records.
