Role Overview
The Strategic Resourcing team at WWT specializes in providing expert talent sourcing to ensure technology project success. As a Technical Recruiter, you will spearhead contract hiring initiatives across India and the APAC or EMEA regions, supporting the company’s staffing objectives with a focus on client-centered recruitment efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead hiring efforts for contract positions across India and APAC or India and EMEA, with at least eight years of progressive experience.
- Handle direct client staffing recruitment for India with five or more years’ experience.
- Support contract hiring for APAC or EMEA client staffing for a minimum of three years.
- Coordinate and participate in on-site recruiting, online job postings, and employee referral campaigns.
- Implement WWT’s recruitment policies and initiatives effectively.
- Collaborate with resource managers to address business staffing requirements.
- Manage job postings and track applicant progress using Bullhorn applicant tracking system.
- Participate in regular cadence calls to monitor candidate progress in the hiring pipeline.
- Conduct pre-screening interviews and technical assessments alongside resource managers.
- Review and qualify potential candidates rigorously.
- Innovate sourcing strategies through research and evaluation of new methods.
- Maintain strong relationships with both active and passive candidates to support current and future vacancies.
- Meet management and leadership recruitment targets as assigned.
- Collaborate actively within the Global Resourcing team and demonstrate flexibility to adapt work as needed.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong understanding of recruiting and staffing principles, practices, and processes.
- Commitment to continuous learning, leadership growth, and professional development.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and follow up effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and vendor management systems such as Bullhorn, Gustav, or Daxtra is preferred.
- Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
- Proactive attitude and strong work ethic.
