Straightening Operator

Overview

We are recruiting for the position of Straightening Operator to work in the steel manufacturing and production sector based in Saudi Arabia. The role requires candidates with relevant qualifications and significant experience in steel fabrication processes. This opportunity is exclusive to candidates from India.

Job Responsibilities

• Operate and manage straightening machinery for steel and aluminum materials.
• Interpret metal fabrication blueprints to ensure accuracy and precision during operations.
• Set up and adjust machines based on production requirements.
• Perform precision measurements and quality inspections to maintain product standards.
• Conduct spot welding and other related fabrication tasks.
• Comply strictly with safety protocols and guidelines during all processes.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues to minimize downtime.

Requirements

• Diploma or ITI qualification with specialization relevant to manufacturing or production.
• Minimum of 5 to 8 years’ experience in steel manufacturing or production lines.
• Proficiency in interpreting metal fabrication blueprints and using precision measuring instruments.
• Skilled in machine setup, adjustment, and spot welding techniques.
• Strong commitment to safety compliance and quality control.
