About the Role
This full-time position based in Hobart involves working onsite Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm. It's ideal for individuals shifting careers from retail, hospitality, or customer service who thrive in lively, people-centric environments. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the initial point of contact at reception for members and visitors, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
- Handle member inquiries via face-to-face, phone, and email communication.
- Organize and host community events and activities.
- Craft and distribute communications to members and assist with Instagram content and localized marketing efforts.
- Manage daily setup and teardown of the coworking space.
- Prepare meeting rooms and coordinate event logistics.
- Maintain inventory levels, manage consumables, and oversee site orders.
- Facilitate onboarding for new members, helping them acclimate to the space.
- Process payments, manage membership updates, and maintain CRM records.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in retail, hospitality, reception, or customer service roles.
- Proactive and willing to undertake various tasks; no task is too small.
- Approachable, confident, and comfortable starting conversations.
- Well-organized, dependable, and adept at multitasking.
- Physically comfortable being on foot and moving around throughout the day.
