Responsibilities

• Lead various ecological projects, including field surveys, analyzing collected data, and preparing comprehensive reports.
• Offer expert advice on environmental and ecological issues to clients and stakeholders.
• Mentor junior ecological staff and provide ongoing support to foster team growth.
• Collaborate extensively with clients, industry partners, and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
• Ensure all projects comply with environmental laws and uphold WSP's stringent standards.
• Participate in business development to enhance and expand the ecology service offerings.

Candidate Profile

• Possess a relevant tertiary qualification with preferably over 5 years of professional experience in ecology.
• Certified or pursuing certification as an Environmental Practitioner (CEnvP).
• Strong technical proficiency, analytical capabilities, and adeptness in managing projects effectively.
• Proven skills in teamwork and relationship-building across various organizational levels.
• Deep commitment to delivering practical, client-focused solutions in all assignments.
