Role summary
HubSpot’s Community Team exists to create an active, helpful space where users can get answers, exchange expertise, and connect with people and businesses around the world who are growing with HubSpot. In this position, you will help design, run, and improve community programs that keep the experience timely, useful, and consistent, while also supporting broader growth goals such as case deflection, self-service, and the expansion of the experts program. The role may involve leading parts of community programs and collaborating closely with other community managers and cross-functional partners. The team is described as highly collaborative, low-ego, and driven by a GSD mindset.
Key responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day moderation across multiple community spaces, maintaining a high standard of support and user experience.
- Cover moderation, support, content maintenance, program support, project support, reporting, and audits of community performance.
- Use AI tools and related technologies to improve community engagement, support, and operational efficiency.
- Work with stakeholders across the business to deliver project outcomes.
- Identify, engage, and develop external subject matter experts within the HubSpot network so they can answer questions and strengthen the Champions program.
- Manage escalations that cannot be resolved inside the community, including host-only requests, service issues, and product errors.
- Advance initiatives of different sizes by coordinating communication, stakeholders, and participation or enrollment as needed.
- Recommend and support continuous improvements to community operations and programs.

Compensation and benefits
The listed cash compensation includes base salary, on-target commission for eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles. Some positions may also include participation in the equity plan through restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation is determined using objective role-related factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, and other job-related considerations.
Annual cash compensation range: €44,200 to €60,800 EUR.

Work arrangement
This role can be performed in office, in a hybrid setup, or remotely within Ireland.
