Sales & Marketing Executive

About the Role

4A International is seeking a proactive and motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth by engaging with restaurant and café owners, demonstrating products, and supporting digital marketing efforts. This position combines on-ground sales activity with online marketing, ideal for individuals passionate about brand development and client interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site visits to restaurants, cafés, gaming zones, malls, event companies, and corporate offices to generate new business leads.
• Utilize cold calling, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and referrals to expand potential client base.
• Deliver product demonstrations and clearly explain various financial options such as rental, profit-sharing, and purchase models.
• Prepare quotations and proposals, following up diligently with prospective clients.
• Successfully close sales deals and work closely with operations to ensure smooth installations.
• Maintain thorough daily records of visits and lead status.
• Create engaging digital marketing content including product photos, reels, short videos, and promotional material.
• Manage and coordinate basic online advertising campaigns on platforms like Meta (Facebook and Instagram).
• Oversee social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube to increase brand visibility.
• Update product listings on the company website and online marketplaces such as Amazon.
• Keep detailed customer information using CRM software or Excel spreadsheets.
• Communicate new product information and promotional offers to existing clients to foster ongoing relationships.
• Build long-term trust and rapport with restaurant and café owners for sustained business growth.
