Pre-Sales Executive

Overview

Sukran Realty is seeking a dynamic and eager Pre-Sales Executive to become an integral part of our sales force. This role focuses on client engagement, understanding their needs, conveying product/service information effectively, and assisting in lead generation and conversion efforts.

Key Duties

• Engage potential customers using phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication platforms.
• Assess customer requirements and provide detailed explanations about available products or services.
• Identify, qualify, and oversee lead management activities.
• Communicate product features, advantages, pricing details, and special offers to customers.
• Maintain follow-up with interested prospects to foster ongoing communication.
• Arrange appointments or meetings for the sales team to facilitate conversions.
• Keep meticulous records of customer and lead data within the CRM system.
• Collaborate with sales personnel to ensure efficient lead conversion processes.
• Meet predefined targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Effective persuasion and sales presentation capabilities.
• Proficient in customer handling and follow-up practices.
• Basic familiarity with MS Office and Google Sheets.
• Experience with CRM software is a plus.
• Goal-driven and self-motivated attitude.
• Ability to collaborate well within a team environment.

Experience and Position Details

Applicants should have 0 to 2 years of experience in Pre-Sales or Telecalling. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is between INR 15,000 and INR 45,000 per month.
