Overview
Join tm:rw as a pivotal team member in our New York City location, dedicated to enhancing brand experiences through dynamic retail projects, visual merchandising excellence, and engaging event coordination. tm:rw provides an innovative retail environment showcasing top-tier technology, health, gaming, and lifestyle brands such as Amazon, PlayStation, and LG.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage retail projects including store openings, remodels, and general maintenance by creating project schedules, allocating resources, and ensuring milestones are achieved.
- Conduct regular site visits to oversee project progress, ensure compliance with company and local regulations, and maintain clear follow-ups.
- Develop and implement effective visual merchandising strategies to optimize customer experiences, incorporating new product launches and ongoing VM standards.
- Oversee maintenance and special projects by coordinating with contractors and vendors, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within approved budgets.
- Collaborate with designers to visualize store plans and manage internal and external stakeholders including cleaners, security, caterers, and electricians.
- Support events and activations by assisting in planning, coordinating logistics, vendor communications, onsite setup and breakdown, while ensuring alignment with brand messaging.
- Create engaging written content for brand, internal, and public relations channels to support communications and event promotions.
Candidate Profile
- Possesses 2–3 years of experience managing retail projects.
- Exhibits strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with basic design concepts, 2D drawings, and Canva is advantageous.
- Experience in event support and coordination, including on-site management.
- Ability to write confidently for diverse audiences across brand, internal, and PR platforms.
- Skilled at managing multiple external contractors and vendors simultaneously.
- Demonstrates a proactive, goal-focused mindset with strong relationship-building skills.
- Available to work on-site at our New York store location.
