Position Summary

The Chief of Staff position is a pivotal role working closely with Managing Partners on partnership strategies, external coordination, and company-wide project execution. This high-trust position demands excellent judgment, ownership mentality, and skill in juggling multiple projects simultaneously. The role acts as a fundamental extension of leadership, advancing strategic priorities, aligning stakeholders, and steering critical initiatives to completion. Candidates in this role will gain in-depth understanding of building and managing a high-performance investment platform, contributing directly to partnership development, communications, and internal operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and implementing strategic partnerships involving corporate, governmental, and institutional entities aligned with the firm’s investment and value creation objectives.
• Oversee communication channels with limited partners, partners, portfolio companies, and essential stakeholders by preparing briefing materials and follow-up communications to maintain alignment.
• Support brand enhancement activities such as organizing events, conferences, private gatherings, and managing the firm's digital footprint, including production of presentations and reports.
• Lead execution of vital company initiatives, track ongoing projects, and ensure adherence to timelines and deliverables.
• Facilitate internal collaboration across investment teams, operational groups, and external units to achieve seamless information flow and frictionless execution of priorities.
• Provide operational, strategic, and administrative assistance for various firm-wide initiatives as the situation demands.

Candidate Profile

• Experience ranging from 2 to 6 years in consulting, investment banking, venture capital, or dynamic startup environments.
• Exceptional organizational skills with capability to manage several projects concurrently in a fast-moving setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable engaging with senior-level audiences.
• Sound judgment and discretion in handling confidential information and conducting oneself professionally.
• A proactive, accountable approach with the ability to independently drive tasks and projects without constant supervision.
• A keen enthusiasm for venture capital, technology trends, investing, and the venture ecosystem.
