About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Operate safely and maintain a hazard-free environment for yourself, colleagues, and customers.
• Deliver authentic and exceptional customer service to enhance each client's in-store experience.
• Drive sales through product guidance, upselling, and efficiently processing transactions at the checkout.
• Ensure showroom presentation and merchandising meet high standards consistently.
• Manage inventory by receiving, dispatching, and storing stock properly.
• Engage positively with team members and contribute to fostering a collaborative and supportive workplace culture.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and climbing as needed.

Required Skills and Experience

• A passion for customer service with natural interpersonal skills, ideally backed by retail or customer service experience.
• A keen interest in automotive products is advantageous, though not essential; enthusiasm and a helpful attitude are highly valued.
• Confidence and competence in a retail environment, interacting successfully with diverse customers.
• Strong communication abilities, including a pleasant phone manner, complemented by a proactive and team-oriented mindset.

Working Hours

• Tuesday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
