Responsibilities

• Meet sales objectives based on annualized premium targets and customer case volumes.
• Generate new business leads via natural market sources, referrals, and inactive client bases.
• Hold frequent client discussions to assess their insurance needs and propose fitting products.
• Apply a structured sales approach to deliver need-based insurance solutions.
• Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling within the existing client portfolio.
• Address post-sale customer queries and ensure prompt insurance policy issuance.
• Maintain ongoing engagement and strong client relationships through regular communication.
• Work collaboratively with supervisors to strategize and implement business plans.
• Design and evaluate innovative strategies to forecast and enhance sales performance.
• Maintain and expand a customer database within assigned territories.
• Adhere strictly to information security management standards to protect client and company data.

Requirements

• Possess a personal bike and valid driving license.
• Fluency in the regional language is essential.
• At least one year of experience in field sales.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and networking abilities.
