Job Role

As a Field Sales Executive based in Gurugram, you will engage directly with customers in the field to catalyze business expansion. Your key duties will involve visiting assigned areas daily to connect with prospects and existing clients, effectively communicating the offerings of our products and services, simplifying product details, benefits, and pricing, as well as generating qualified leads, securing sales, and nurturing ongoing customer relationships for retention and referrals.

Salary & Benefits

• Fixed salary coupled with unlimited incentive opportunities, starting from 2.5 Lakhs to 4.2 Lakhs annually based on performance
• Fifteen days of rigorous training covering product knowledge, sales methodologies, and field operations support

Requirements

• Must have a valid driving license and personal two-wheeler for local travels
• Strong communication and customer management skills
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with fieldwork demands
• Fluency in English and Hindi languages
