Regional Product Lead, Measurement, PSA (German or Hebrew)

About the Role

Businesses worldwide rely on Google's highly effective advertising solutions to thrive in today's fast-evolving marketing landscape. As a Regional Product Lead for Measurement within the Product and Sales Activation (PSA) team, you will play a key role in enabling sales success and customer growth by delivering product knowledge and implementing strategic initiatives. By collaborating closely with sellers and various internal teams, you will facilitate the adoption of Google Ads measurement capabilities and media effectiveness solutions across the EMEA region, focusing on customers who speak German or Hebrew.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and drive go-to-market activation strategies that enhance measurement and media effectiveness to nurture customer growth.
• Collaborate with EMEA sales leadership in Market Management and Strategy (MMS) to foster the use of foundational and advanced measurement tools.
• Train Google Customer Solutions (GCS) sellers via large-scale training sessions, workshops, and sales leadership partnerships to elevate product knowledge.
• Work across multiple functions and regions—including global PSA, Revenue Sales Operations (RSO), Marketing, Finance, and technical teams—to identify and cultivate new product adoption opportunities.
• Support customer events both online and in-person alongside sales and marketing partners.
• Serve as an advocate for measurement and media effectiveness products internally and externally, assessing market engagement and reception.
• Pinpoint and resolve obstacles in the seller workflow by liaising with global PSA and product leads to improve pitch effectiveness and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or comparable practical experience.
• At least four years of experience utilizing Google Ads and Google Measurement solutions or other digital advertising platforms.
• Proven experience engaging with senior-level executives and internal stakeholders.
• Fluent communication skills in English plus German or Hebrew to effectively support regional client relationships.
• Preferred: Experience conducting effective training for salespeople and delivering presentations in webinars and live events.
• Familiarity with Google Ads suite, foundational measurement technologies, data strength solutions, and media effectiveness initiatives.
• Ability to formulate and execute EMEA-wide go-to-market strategies, set personal objectives (OKRs), prioritize tasks, and allocate resources efficiently.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of influencing executives, managers, and sales staff in one-on-one and group environments.
• Excellent analytical and investigative skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts through storytelling for sales audiences.

Additional Information

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from €94,000 to €96,500 annually, alongside a 15% bonus target, equity, and other benefits.
