Account Manager - Google Shopping Solutions (German)

Role Overview

We are seeking an Account Manager for our Central Europe Mid Market team specializing in Google Shopping Solutions. You will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of online retail advertisers, offering strategic insights and tailored recommendations to enhance their Shopping Ads campaigns. Your mission is to deliver the premium Google Shopping Solutions experience by serving as a trusted advisor to merchants, agencies, and internal colleagues while continuously gathering client feedback to refine business strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a defined client portfolio across selected markets, guiding merchants on their Shopping campaign tactics while maintaining high-quality portfolio management standards.
• Develop expertise in the Shopping Ads and Merchant Center product suite, ensuring clients benefit from up-to-date solutions.
• Engage directly with clients and agencies to grasp their priorities, set expectations, and deliver customer-facing best practices.
• Provide actionable recommendations to help merchants improve their Return on Investment (ROI) and optimize Shopping Ads investments.
• Meet and exceed operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set quarterly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Background in sales, business development, advertising, account management, marketing, agency, or consulting roles.
• Fluency in German to effectively support clients within German-speaking regions.

Preferred Experience

• Proven track record of achieving operational goals in dynamic, fast-paced environments with limited resources.
• Familiarity with the German, Austrian, and Swiss online advertising and retail landscapes.
• Ability to collaborate efficiently with support teams to resolve client issues and enhance customer experience.
• Strong analytical skills to derive business insights, inform strategy, and align diverse stakeholder needs persuasively.
• Additional fluency in a European language like Polish to support wider client relationships.

Additional Information

This position is based in Dublin, Ireland, offering a salary range between €60,000 and €61,500, complemented by a 15% target bonus, equity options, and benefits.
