Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth market research to uncover emerging trends, customer demands, and new product prospects.
• Analyze competitors’ offerings, pricing techniques, and market placement to spot opportunities for product distinction.
• Investigate and engage potential suppliers and manufacturers to drive sourcing and development efforts.
• Lead and coordinate projects across departments to meet product development milestones and launch schedules.
• Assist in product testing, quality assurance, and validation processes to ensure performance and reliability.
• Track, document, and manage product defects and improvement needs while collaborating with internal teams for solutions.
• Develop and update testing protocols, validation methods, and performance standards.
• Prepare and maintain thorough product documentation including manuals, guides, specifications, and compatibility charts.
• Ensure documentation accuracy, currency, and compliance with customer and regulatory standards.
• Oversee packaging design activities such as artwork management, serial labeling, regulatory content inclusion, and packaging specifications.
• Offer ongoing support throughout the product lifecycle, implementing improvements and updates post-launch.

Candidate Qualifications

• Holds a bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• Demonstrated enthusiasm for electronics and consumer hardware products.
• Strong analytical capabilities with aptitude for interpreting data to produce actionable insights.
• Exceptional communication skills, proficient in both written and spoken forms.
• Highly detail-oriented and organized, with effective time management skills.
• Proactive problem solver thriving in fast-moving and dynamic work environments.
• Capable of collaborating efficiently within cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
