About the Role
We are seeking an Associate Product Manager to contribute to the creation and delivery of innovative software solutions. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with senior product leaders and various department teams to enhance your skills in shaping product strategy, planning roadmaps, prioritizing features, and driving product launches.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in defining and supporting the product vision, strategy, and roadmap development.
- Gather and detail product requirements and user stories for development.
- Examine customer feedback, market trends, and organizational needs to inform product decisions.
- Collaborate effectively with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Support teams.
- Engage in prioritizing product features and coordinating launch efforts.
- Conduct competitive market research and analysis.
- Track product performance indicators and user engagement metrics to guide improvements.
- Champion customer interests throughout the product lifecycle.
Candidate Requirements
- A minimum of five years' experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or related fields.
- Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Trello, Aha!, Productboard, or equivalents.
- Working knowledge of Agile and Scrum frameworks.
- Strong analytical thinking, organizational capabilities, and excellent communication skills.
- Basic comprehension of software development methodologies.
- Ability to collaborate across diverse functional teams.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
Desirable Qualifications
- Experience with product analytics platforms.
- Familiarity with usability testing and user experience principles.
- Background supporting software product launches.
- Enthusiasm for technology and dedication to continuous skill development.
