About the Role
Leading Bank is seeking a dedicated Portfolio Manager specializing in Credit Cards to be based in Chennai. This role focuses on managing and growing the Credit Card EMI and Digital portfolio by driving customer activations, engagement, and repeat usage initiatives.
Key Duties
- Lead and enhance Credit Card EMI and Digital businesses through coordinated customer activation, engagement, and programs aimed at promoting repeat transactions.
- Oversee and manage the EMI/Digital portfolio throughout the entire customer lifecycle, giving particular attention to segments such as 'Never Used' (NU), dormant, and repeat customers.
- Conceptualize and implement tailored marketing campaigns to boost EMI penetration and transaction activity.
- Collaborate closely with analytics and BIU teams to pinpoint customer groups and foster portfolio expansion.
- Create activation and usage initiatives for both online platforms and physical in-store Easy EMI transactions.
- Partner with merchants, aggregators, and category teams to initiate EMI promotional offers and campaigns.
- Continuously monitor portfolio health, analyze customer behavior and campaign effectiveness, and translate data into actionable strategies.
- Promote customer win-back programs and amplify engagement through data-driven marketing approaches.
Candidate Profile
- An MBA or postgraduate degree from a recognized institution is essential.
- Minimum of 6 years' experience in areas including Credit Cards, EMI business, portfolio and campaign management, customer engagement, or analytics.
- Deep understanding of credit card frameworks, EMI programs, customer lifecycle management, and portfolio analytics methodologies.
- Proven skills in customer segmentation, campaign planning, and performance analysis.
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities coupled with excellent communication skills.
