About Moët Hennessy and the Role
At Moët Hennessy, a family of prestigious luxury brands like Dom Pérignon, Veuve Clicquot, and Hennessy, excellence and creativity shape our culture. We are currently seeking a People Services Partner based in Singapore for a 12-month contract. This position is central to delivering compliant, efficient, scalable, and sustainable HR services by simplifying processes and enhancing employee and HR professional experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage governance frameworks that ensure scalable and strategically aligned people service operations.
- Optimize the service catalog by planning capacities and measuring service levels to maintain an outstanding employee experience.
- Act as the primary escalation contact for complex issues, develop escalation procedures, perform root cause analyses, and deliver solutions that reduce service disruptions.
- Drive process automation and streamlining using digital tools to boost operational efficiency and accuracy.
- Develop vendor performance management approaches to strengthen partnerships and ensure service compliance.
- Manage service request intake and transformation, coordinating cross-functional teams to prioritize and implement impactful changes.
- Create and maintain a metrics and reporting framework delivering actionable insights to HR leadership for data-driven management.
- Lead or contribute to projects aimed at enhancing People Services through automation, lean methodologies, and knowledge sharing, focusing on continuous global improvement.
