Part-Time Call Center Agent

About the Role

Rentokil Boecker Saudi Arabia is seeking motivated and customer-oriented Call Center Agents for part-time positions open exclusively to Saudi nationals. The role involves managing customer communications to provide an outstanding experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries from multiple platforms including phone, website, live chat, WhatsApp, and email.
• Record all customer contacts and potential leads into the ICABS system.
• Assign leads to the relevant Sales Consultant at each branch promptly.
• Send immediate notifications to the assigned consultant using email and WhatsApp.
• Conduct follow-ups within 24 hours to verify if the customer engagement progressed to a visit, survey, quote, or sale conversion.
• Report any delays or missed activities to the Branch Manager and Area Sales Manager.
• Keep precise records and consistently deliver excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Applicants must be Saudi nationals.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English, written and spoken.
• Excellent communication and customer service capabilities.
• Proficient computer skills with strong attention to detail.
• Capacity to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Suitable for university students, recent graduates, or individuals seeking flexible part-time work.

Work Details

• Work schedule consists of 4 hours per day across 6 days weekly with split shifts.
• The position follows a hybrid work model combining office and remote work.
