Operational Excellence Specialist

Role Overview

• Lead and execute Operational Excellence and Lean projects at the company location.
• Analyze and improve production, logistics, and administrative processes.
• Conduct workshops and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives.
• Implement, enhance, and audit Lean methodologies and standards.
• Develop operational excellence roadmaps and monitor progress on action plans.
• Organize and moderate regular exchanges with OpEx representatives from global sites.
• Promote global knowledge sharing and application of best practices.
• Create, pilot, and deploy global standards and procedures.
• Deliver training and qualify multipliers for operational excellence.

Candidate Profile

• Completed degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, production technology, or a related field.
• Several years of professional experience in production, industrial engineering, Lean management, or operational excellence.
• Proven track record in leading improvement and change projects.
• Strong expertise in Lean tools and continuous improvement processes.
• Comfortable working with metrics and data-driven analyses.
• Highly proactive with strong execution capabilities.
• Excellent moderation and communication skills.
• Analytical, methodical, and international mindset and work approach.
• Willingness to undertake frequent travel, including internationally.
• Fluent in German and English.
