Lead and execute Operational Excellence and Lean projects at the company location.
Analyze and improve production, logistics, and administrative processes.
Conduct workshops and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives.
Implement, enhance, and audit Lean methodologies and standards.
Develop operational excellence roadmaps and monitor progress on action plans.
Organize and moderate regular exchanges with OpEx representatives from global sites.
Promote global knowledge sharing and application of best practices.
Create, pilot, and deploy global standards and procedures.
Deliver training and qualify multipliers for operational excellence.

Completed degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, production technology, or a related field.
Several years of professional experience in production, industrial engineering, Lean management, or operational excellence.
Proven track record in leading improvement and change projects.
Strong expertise in Lean tools and continuous improvement processes.
Comfortable working with metrics and data-driven analyses.
Highly proactive with strong execution capabilities.
Excellent moderation and communication skills.
Analytical, methodical, and international mindset and work approach.
Willingness to undertake frequent travel, including internationally.
Fluent in German and English.
