Job description
Overview
Our client is a newly founded, well-capitalized global company headquartered in Singapore, operating in a complex, asset-heavy industry. The company is expanding internationally and is in the process of enhancing its corporate capabilities and infrastructure to support ongoing growth. To strengthen its global rewards function, it is seeking to hire a Manager, Total Rewards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement global compensation and benefits policies, frameworks, and procedures.
- Provide analytical and operational support for executive and broad-based compensation programs, including incentive schemes and remuneration systems.
- Manage job architecture design, salary structure formulation, market benchmarking, and governance of rewards across various international locations.
- Collaborate closely with HR and business units to establish and continuously improve rewards processes, reporting, and supporting infrastructure in alignment with organizational growth.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Proven expertise in total rewards, with solid experience in compensation structuring, benchmarking, and managing annual remuneration cycles and benefits.
- Previous involvement in developing or revamping total rewards capabilities within expanding organizations is highly valued.
- Background in complex, asset-intensive B2B sectors with multinational operational footprints is preferred.
- Strong numeracy and analytical aptitude, with a hands-on, results-driven approach and the ability to work independently in a fast-changing environment.
