Role summary

The company is looking for a full-time, on-site Listing Coordinator in Abu Dhabi. This person will oversee property listings, work closely with agents and clients, keep property information accurate, and make sure listings are current and presented effectively. The role also includes helping agents manage listings, handling client questions, and supporting a high level of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Organize and update property listings so that information remains correct and current.
• Coordinate with agents and clients to support smooth listing operations.
• Ensure property details are properly marketed across relevant channels.
• Assist agents with day-to-day listing management tasks.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide helpful support to clients.
• Maintain a professional, detail-oriented approach while working on-site in Abu Dhabi.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in a Listing Consultant role.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Hands-on experience using multiple property portals.
• Working knowledge of real estate processes, especially residential real estate.
• Good problem-solving skills and careful attention to detail.
• Professional conduct and willingness to work on-site in Abu Dhabi.
