What you'll do

• Move vehicles around the site while handling each one with great care.
• Deliver friendly, upbeat service and interact positively with customers.
• Support the team in making sure customer vehicles are cleaned thoroughly inside and outside.
• Contribute to keeping the location neat, presentable, and clean.
• Follow all safety rules, operational procedures, and appearance standards set by Mister Car Wash.

• Good judgment and the ability to solve problems quickly.
• Comfort working in a high-energy, fast-paced setting.
• Strong customer service instincts and a positive attitude.
• Careful attention to detail and pride in producing quality work.
• A reliable team-first mindset.
• Willingness to stay active outdoors in changing weather and temperatures.
• Ability to stand, squat, kneel, sit, climb stairs, and stay mobile for extended periods.
• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs to waist height, 25 lbs to chest height, and 15 lbs overhead.
• Valid driver’s license, with a driving history review required after an offer is made.
