Junior Officer

About the Company and Role

This position is for a Junior Officer functioning as a Management Representative in a leading manufacturing company located in Sriperumbudur, India. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 5 years of relevant experience and hold a diploma or any degree.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure zero non-conformities from customer, system, or internal audits.
• Oversee the implementation of shop floor systems in line with IATF 16949:2016 standards.
• Conduct scheduled internal, product, and process audits.
• Gather Management Review Meeting (MRM) data from all departments and coordinate meetings with top management.
• Carry out zone-wise 5S audits monthly and ensure timely closure of any non-compliance points.
• Lead and document daily plant performance discussions.
• Maintain a comprehensive customer complaint register covering all clients.
• Track and monitor department-wise Kaizen activities.
• Develop, execute, and supervise systems and procedures aligned with IATF16949, EMS, and OHSAS standards to maintain certifications and pass surveillance audits.
• Update cost of poor quality (COPQ) reports monthly.
• Prepare monthly quality objective tracking for both automotive and non-automotive sectors.
• Compile monthly lists of process measurables for automotive and non-automotive areas.
• Conduct annual validation of contingency plans.
• Monitor sanctioned interpretation changes and update records quarterly.
