Key Responsibilities

• Oversee coordination of multi-disciplinary project tasks across diverse teams and geographical areas.
• Manage and monitor project interfaces connecting clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Establish and maintain productive relationships with stakeholders to enhance project synchronization, cooperation, and successful outcomes.
• Organize stakeholder meetings, project progress assessments, and facilitate communication between project personnel and senior leadership.
• Track project timelines, risk factors, progress metrics, and delivery effectiveness.
• Contribute to project governance, reporting, and managing changes efficiently.
• Enable clear communication and alignment between global delivery centers and project groups.
• Ensure adherence to project protocols, quality benchmarks, and health, safety, and environmental standards.

Qualifications and Experience Required

• A bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering Management, or a similar field.
• Preferable experience in EPC, EPCM, or PMC project environments.
• Demonstrated expertise in coordinating projects, managing interfaces, engaging stakeholders, and promoting cross-functional teamwork.
• Experience handling major capital projects within multinational settings.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.
