Role overview
This is a remote, entry-level HR support role open only to candidates based in Australia. It is designed for fresh graduates and people starting out in human resources, with training provided and a clear path for career growth.
What you will do
- Handle everyday administrative tasks that support the HR team across multiple functions.
- Assist with hiring activities such as coordinating candidates and arranging interview times.
- Keep employee files, HR systems, and confidential records up to date.
- Help manage onboarding and offboarding so employees have a smooth experience.
- Draft HR letters, reports, and other employment-related paperwork.
- Reply to employee questions and provide timely HR assistance.
- Organize training sessions, meetings, and employee engagement activities.
- Check that HR records remain accurate and aligned with company policies and procedures.
- Support HR projects, process enhancements, and day-to-day operational initiatives.
- Work with internal teams to deliver efficient and high-quality HR service.
