Compensation and Benefits

The starting wage for this position is $13.00 per hour. Employees are eligible for a range of benefits, which may vary depending on location and individual eligibility. Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct daily cleaning duties encompassing resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and administrative offices.
• Ensure all areas are sanitized effectively, adhering strictly to established procedures and safety protocols.
• Document cleaning activities accurately and promptly report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to supervisors.
• Follow infection control standards and universal precaution measures to maintain hygienic conditions.
• Engage positively and professionally with residents, staff, and guests fostering excellent customer service relations.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Housekeeping experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Positive demeanor and strong communication skills for interaction with building occupants, management, and leadership.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies is required.
• Physical ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds and the stamina to stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended durations.
• Capability to handle routine, repetitive tasks daily and work safely around cleaning chemicals.
• Able to follow both verbal and written instructions carefully.
• Must live within the service area.
