Key Responsibilities

• Accurate layout and set out of building components according to construction drawings.
• Perform continuous inspections during construction to confirm precise spatial placement of elements.
• Extracting survey data from digital project documentation.
• Conduct surveys to verify the final positioning of relevant building components upon completion.
• Provide daily detailed reports of completed activities.
• Report on final installation locations to verify compliance with construction tolerances.
• Utilize reality capture technologies, including 3D laser scanning, to collect data.
• Process survey datasets to generate outputs usable by project teams.
• Adhere to and consider construction Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) protocols.

Essential Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum Level 7 qualification in surveying, geomatics, or civil engineering.
• Two to three years of practical experience in surveying.
• Proficiency with professional surveying instruments and equipment.
• Capable of interpreting and understanding complex construction drawings.
• Strong communication skills for effective coordination with construction management, engineers, and onsite teams.
• Familiarity and working knowledge of Autodesk suite applications such as AutoCAD and Navisworks.
• Competence in Microsoft Office applications.
