• Manage procurement and inventory processes, including vendor relations, to ensure quality supplies while optimizing cost efficiency.
• Contribute to financial management through participation in profit and loss analysis, controlling food and labor costs, and implementing operational improvements.
• Engage with guests and stakeholders to gather feedback and support initiatives aimed at enhancing the dining experience.
• Inspire and develop kitchen staff by supervising their performance, providing coaching, and fostering a motivating and productive workplace culture.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-related regulations to promote wellbeing for guests and staff.
