Job Overview
Join Hilton in Doha as a Chef de Cuisine, responsible for leading kitchen operations with a strong emphasis on delivering exceptional hospitality experiences. In this role, you will be managing culinary activities, driving quality and consistency, and enhancing guest satisfaction in a prestigious hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily kitchen functions by overseeing food preparation and production to maintain high quality and cost control to boost profitability.
- Design and implement menus by collaborating with the Executive Chef and Food & Beverage leadership, utilizing seasonal ingredients and current culinary trends.
- Manage procurement and inventory processes, including vendor relations, to ensure quality supplies while optimizing cost efficiency.
- Contribute to financial management through participation in profit and loss analysis, controlling food and labor costs, and implementing operational improvements.
- Engage with guests and stakeholders to gather feedback and support initiatives aimed at enhancing the dining experience.
- Inspire and develop kitchen staff by supervising their performance, providing coaching, and fostering a motivating and productive workplace culture.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-related regulations to promote wellbeing for guests and staff.
