About The Role
Join the Lonestar Tavern team as a Guest Services Attendant focused on housekeeping, where your efficiency and dedication will help create a welcoming atmosphere for every guest. Think of yourself as a hardworking and diligent housekeeper, committed to excellence in every task.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Create a comfortable, home-like environment in each room.
- Adhere to daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning routines to maintain high standards.
- Assist the Publican by reporting repair and maintenance needs throughout the accommodation.
- Collaborate with the Front Office team to fulfill guests' special requests and enhance their stay.
Physical Requirements
This role involves physical tasks such as manual handling and lifting items like stock, kegs, and deliveries. Candidates must be capable of performing these safely and effectively.
