Job Overview
As a Guest Service Agent specializing in Food & Beverage, you will play a key role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests by providing friendly, attentive, and efficient service. Your commitment to hospitality will brighten each guest interaction and enhance their stay.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service with a positive and welcoming demeanor, seeking ways to enhance every meal experience.
- Become thoroughly knowledgeable about the menu, promotions, and specials to confidently assist guests and answer inquiries.
- Accurately take and input food and beverage orders using the point-of-sale system and ensure timely delivery with attention to detail.
- Maintain the cleanliness, stock, and organization of the food service station throughout shifts.
- Adhere strictly to health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations to ensure guest and staff safety.
