Guest Relations Agent - Quality

Position Overview

As a Guest Relations Agent at Aloft Hotels, your role extends beyond routine check-in and check-out procedures. You will craft unforgettable and distinctive guest experiences by proactively offering a diverse range of services that assist guests throughout their visits. Empowered to navigate your work environment independently, your tasks may include managing operational requirements, responding to guest inquiries, preparing reports, introducing guests to local attractions, and assisting with luggage handling and vehicle loading or unloading.

Work Environment and Physical Demands

This role requires staying active by standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, maneuvering through tight or elevated areas, stairs, and ramps. You will need to lift, carry, push, pull, or place items weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance and up to 100 pounds when assisted. Flexibility through bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping is also necessary to fulfill job duties effectively.

Qualifications
