Job Responsibilities
- Facilitate guest check-in and check-out, along with other cashier tasks.
- Prepare arrival lists and compendiums ahead of guest arrivals, and update the system as required.
- Welcome guests warmly, register them, and provide room keys following departmental protocols.
- Ensure that all members enjoy their designated benefits; recognize repeat guests and VIPs with special services, including welcome cards and room amenities prior to arrival.
- Collaborate closely with other hotel departments to fulfill guest requests and needs efficiently.
- Keep the repeat guest history system updated and accurate.
- Promote inter-hotel sales and hotel facilities to maximize revenue, in line with departmental standards.
- Arrive punctually for duty, wearing a neat and complete uniform at all times.
- Maintain exemplary personal grooming and hygiene consistently.
Qualifications and Experience
- Possession of a Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality.
- Relevant work experience ranging from one to two years.
