Graphic Designer

Overview

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to develop compelling visual content for our marketing properties. The role involves creating graphics such as emailers, banners, notifications, newsletters, and social media posts to effectively support our brand's communication efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and design graphics tailored for property marketing campaigns including digital emailers, banners, notifications, newsletters, and social media posts.
• Work collaboratively with marketing, branding, and communications teams to conceptualize and execute digital creative design solutions.
• Develop social media creatives including post covers and other promotional materials.
• Engage in experimentation and teamwork to innovate new interactive design content.
• Conduct research as necessary and assist with assigned production tasks to meet project goals.

Requirements

• Exceptional attention to detail combined with a strong sense of aesthetics, including colour theory and typography.
• Highly motivated individual able to work autonomously and within cross-functional teams.
• Capable of effectively handling multiple project deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal communication skills to foster efficient collaboration.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Practical experience using AI design tools such as Gemini, Firefly, Midjourney, and Magnific.
