Key Responsibilities

• Plan and optimize routes and schedules to improve resource efficiency and reduce travel times while meeting service requirements.
• Dispatch field technicians, drivers, and support staff based on priority, location, and resource availability.
• Handle and escalate dispatch-related emergencies and problems as needed.
• Maintain clear communication and documentation with clients, fieldworkers, and departments via calls, emails, and service requests to ensure seamless operations.
• Generate reports detailing dispatch activity, resource usage, and performance metrics.
• Work physically onsite at Brandenburgische Str., 14974 Ludwigsfelde, Germany.

Candidate Requirements

• Fluency in German (level B2 or higher) and English for team and client communication.
• Previous experience as a dispatcher or in a related logistics coordination role.
• Familiarity with dispatch management software, GPS tools, and common office suites (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work autonomously and as a team member in a busy environment.
• Minimum education of high school diploma or equivalent.
