Role Overview

We seek a dynamic and detail-focused Warehouse & Supply Chain Associate to oversee full-fledged warehouse operations, including inventory management, dispatch coordination, and logistics execution. This role demands close collaboration with various courier partners, transporters, marketplaces, and internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee comprehensive warehouse functions such as inventory control, storage, picking, packing, and daily dispatch activities.
• Accurately create and manage Purchase Orders (PO), Sales Orders (SO), and Replenishment Orders (RO) within stipulated timelines.
• Plan and coordinate daily dispatch schedules, guaranteeing timely deliveries for B2B, E-commerce, and Quick Commerce channels.
• Serve as the main liaison for courier services, logistics providers, and transporters, ensuring smooth shipments and quick resolution of issues.
• Engage with marketplace and reseller warehouses including Amazon, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, and Flipkart for scheduled inbound appointments, shipment coordination, and inventory replenishment.
• Monitor vehicle locations and shipment statuses to uphold punctual delivery standards, proactively addressing any delays.
• Maintain precise inventory records, conduct routine stock reconciliations, and actively work to reduce discrepancies.
• Operate Inventory Management Systems (IMS/ERP) enabling real-time inventory tracking.
• Prepare and print necessary dispatch documentation such as shipping labels, barcode labels, invoices, and packing slips.
• Adhere strictly to dispatch standard operating procedures, documentation quality, and safety regulations within warehouse settings.
• Assess performance metrics of couriers and transporters, manage freight expenses, and optimize service levels to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate seamlessly with Sales, Procurement, Finance, and Production departments to maintain smooth order processing.
• Compile detailed daily and weekly reports on dispatch activities, inventory status, pending orders, and logistics efficiency.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Commerce, or related disciplines.
• Minimum of 1-3 years experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
• Proficient knowledge of inventory management tools including ERP, WMS, and IMS systems.
• Experience managing PO, SO, RO documentation alongside warehouse operational paperwork.
• Hands-on skills in generating invoices, barcode label printing, and shipping documentation processes.
• Understanding of E-commerce and Quick Commerce channels such as Amazon, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, and Flipkart.
• Familiarity with courier aggregator operations, transport management practices, and vehicle tracking systems.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for data management and reporting.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to efficiently operate within a fast-moving, high-volume dispatch environment.
