Job Overview

State Bank of India (SBI) is seeking a Floor Supervisor to manage customer interactions and support branch operations at its assigned branch in Delhi-NCR. This role involves greeting and guiding clients, ensuring efficient customer service flow, and assisting bank staff with daily tasks.

Key Duties

• Welcome customers and assist them with their banking inquiries and services.
• Direct visitors to appropriate counters and clarify banking processes.
• Maintain orderly movement and atmosphere within the branch premises.
• Support staff in daily operational activities and administrative functions.
• Carry and display official identification and record attendance via manual and digital methods.
• Preserve confidentiality of all customer and bank-related information.
• Adhere strictly to bank policies and demonstrate professionalism consistently.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum age between 21 to 30 years.
• At least one year of experience in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector.
• Graduate educational qualification is mandatory.

Working Conditions and Compensation

• Working hours and holidays as per bank regulations.
• Monthly salary of ₹24,000 (CTC), paid via bank transfer before the 10th of each month.
• Travel allowance available if applicable.

Additional Terms

• PAN card submission required within three months of employment if taxable.
