Job Overview

We are seeking candidates for both Junior and Senior Finance & HR Executive positions at Music Rights Singapore based in Singapore. The roles encompass comprehensive financial accounting and HR management responsibilities to support company operations and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Compile full accounting records by preparing schedules, journal entries, and necessary documentation for monthly closings.
  • Maintain fixed asset accounts and update financial systems to accurately reflect asset details.

  • Manage the completion of month-end and year-end financial closings and file GST reports adhering to statutory regulations.

  • Contribute to budget creation, update financial forecasts, and conduct variance analyses to aid financial planning.

  • Carry out monthly CPF contributions and handle government-related claims such as NS reservist, maternity, and childcare leaves.

  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.
  • Provide administrative assistance including office management, invoicing sales accounts, and liaising with internal and external parties.
  • Engage in special projects as assigned to contribute to organizational goals.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of relevant finance or accounting experience for the Senior role; minimum 1 year for the Junior role.
