About the Role
This opportunity is with Blackstone’s BXMA team in Singapore. Blackstone is a global alternative asset manager with more than $1.3 trillion in assets under management, spanning real estate, private equity, credit, infrastructure, life sciences, growth equity, secondaries, and hedge funds. BXMA (Blackstone Multi-Asset Investing) oversees $96 billion across a range of investment businesses and aims to deliver strong risk-adjusted outcomes for clients across different market conditions.
The team is hiring an experienced Executive Assistant who can provide senior-level administrative support in a fast-moving, international setting. This position calls for excellent coordination abilities, discretion, and the confidence to manage sensitive matters professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver executive-level administrative assistance to senior team members while handling confidential and sensitive information with care.
- Organize demanding calendars, meetings, and conference calls across several time zones.
- Screen, prioritize, and route phone and email communication, responding directly or escalating when needed.
- Coordinate with internal teams, overseas offices, clients, and outside consultants.
- Arrange complicated international travel and related logistics, including airfare, hotels, visas, and detailed itineraries.
- Help plan and run investor roadshows, due diligence meetings, and investor events by preparing agendas, coordinating presentation materials, managing logistics, confirming attendance, and following up afterward.
- Partner with the global investor relations team and regional marketing coordinators on investor-focused work.
- Keep CRM and investor tracking information accurate and current using Salesforce, Excel, and the online investor portal.
- Track, organize, and coordinate marketing and investor materials, including distribution arrangements.
- Manage confidential documents and correspondence in line with firm procedures.
- Complete monthly expense reconciliations for supported professionals.
Qualifications and Experience
Blackstone is looking for candidates who work well in collaborative teams, are highly driven, exercise strong judgment, and have a record of high performance.
- Demonstrated background supporting senior executives in a high-demand environment.
- Experience dealing with senior stakeholders, clients, and external partners.
- Strong written and verbal communication, along with solid interpersonal skills.
- Professional conduct, sound discretion, and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and handle urgent, time-sensitive work.
- Excellent organization and time-management capabilities.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Outlook; Excel and PowerPoint are an advantage.
- Comfort working in a small, collaborative team.
- English fluency is required.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce is beneficial.
- Experience with Concur is preferred but not mandatory.
