About the Role

This opportunity is with Blackstone’s BXMA team in Singapore. Blackstone is a global alternative asset manager with more than $1.3 trillion in assets under management, spanning real estate, private equity, credit, infrastructure, life sciences, growth equity, secondaries, and hedge funds. BXMA (Blackstone Multi-Asset Investing) oversees $96 billion across a range of investment businesses and aims to deliver strong risk-adjusted outcomes for clients across different market conditions.

The team is hiring an experienced Executive Assistant who can provide senior-level administrative support in a fast-moving, international setting. This position calls for excellent coordination abilities, discretion, and the confidence to manage sensitive matters professionally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver executive-level administrative assistance to senior team members while handling confidential and sensitive information with care.
  • Organize demanding calendars, meetings, and conference calls across several time zones.
  • Screen, prioritize, and route phone and email communication, responding directly or escalating when needed.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, overseas offices, clients, and outside consultants.
  • Arrange complicated international travel and related logistics, including airfare, hotels, visas, and detailed itineraries.
  • Help plan and run investor roadshows, due diligence meetings, and investor events by preparing agendas, coordinating presentation materials, managing logistics, confirming attendance, and following up afterward.
  • Partner with the global investor relations team and regional marketing coordinators on investor-focused work.
  • Keep CRM and investor tracking information accurate and current using Salesforce, Excel, and the online investor portal.
  • Track, organize, and coordinate marketing and investor materials, including distribution arrangements.
  • Manage confidential documents and correspondence in line with firm procedures.
  • Complete monthly expense reconciliations for supported professionals.

Qualifications and Experience
