What this role does

Qualifications

Candidates should bring deep project management expertise, strong leadership capability, and the ability to work effectively with business partners and cross-functional teams. A solid understanding of project management methods and tools is essential.

Education and experience

  • A bachelor’s degree is required, ideally in a business-related discipline; an MBA is preferred.
  • At least 10 years of experience in project management or a related area is required, with preference for 5 years of progressive leadership experience.
  • Five years of experience in the health insurance industry is preferred.

Certification

  • A Project Management Professional (PMP) credential, or a similar certification, is preferred.
