Key Responsibilities

• Deliver pizza orders promptly and accurately within designated delivery areas, navigating various terrains including multi-story buildings.
• Operate all store equipment safely and efficiently.
• Stock ingredients and supplies in storage areas, workstations, and walk-in coolers.
• Prepare products as required to ensure order accuracy and quality.
• Take and process telephone and in-person orders using computer systems.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and store facilities, typically daily.
• Assist with inventory management and complete corresponding paperwork.
• Deliver marketing materials such as flyers and door hangers when assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years with a valid driver's license and a driving record that meets company standards.
• Possession of an insured vehicle available for delivery duties.
• Strong navigation skills for efficient route planning and address location.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations quickly and accurately, including making correct monetary change.
• Good verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers and coworkers.
• Physical capability to carry multiple pizzas and supplies, occasionally up to 50 pounds, and navigate stairs and varied weather conditions.

Working Conditions and Physical Demands

• Exposure to varying temperatures, both indoors (36°F to over 90°F) and outdoors, including adverse weather.
• Work in confined spaces such as walk-in coolers and near heat sources reaching up to 500°F.
• Frequent standing, short-distance walking, and occasional sitting for paperwork tasks.
• Regular lifting and carrying of supplies up to 50 pounds, pushing or pulling trays requiring physical effort.
• Use of hands for fine motor skills such as pizza assembly and order processing throughout the shift.
